[1.5.x] Add option prices for Text, Date, etc

The new options for Text, Date, File, etc do not have the option to increase the price. I can see a situation where you would want to offer the option to have an optional embroidery that would cost money if a value is entered. So you'd want Text/Textarea to have a price field...

Same thing if you want to offer a "rush" date with the date/time box.

So ALL options should have the option for a price

I had tried a version of OpenCart that my webhost provideded as a "one-click" installation. It had this option... Now have downloaded and installed the full version of OpenCart 1.5.4 and it does not. How would I implement this?
