fresh install not working

Hello i hope im in the right place and that you can help ive just re-installed an older version of opencart so i can have more mods for my shop i was on version 1.5.0 now ive deleted everything and installed 1.4.7 after install i went to the homepage http://www.malmesburydiscountstore.co.ukand followed the install instructions i created a DB and user and everything was going great i logged into my admin area without a problem then when i went to view my store i got this:
