I recently did a shop for a customer using the openshop 1.1.8 but in my haste failed to realise that there was no bank deposit module available for the 1.x.x versions.
I tried to modify another module, but kept getting a permission denied error in the admin panel, and am now getting 'Error: Could not load model payment/bankdeposit!' in the store, despite removing all the associated files (I assume it's a database issue)
I am thinking about reverting back to 0.7.9 which has a bank deposit module available, but there are already quite a few items in the store so it will be a pain in the butt transferring them all.
Is there a way to transfer dtatbase info from 1.1.8 to 0.7.9 and is there any hope of a bank deposit module coming out in the next week or so?
There is a way to populate a 0.7.9 store with data from Opencart 1.1.8, as follows:
Install the Export/Import module to your 1.1.8 store, export your data to a spreadsheet file, edit your spreadsheet files to match the format of the 0.7.9 spreasheet.
Then install Export/Import in your 0.7.9 store, and import your edited spreadsheet file to your 0.7.9 site.
To see the differences between the 1.1.8 and 0.7.9 formats of the spreadsheet file, do a sample export of the 0.7.9 first, the differences are only minor.
As regards the bank deposit module for 1.1.9: It's on my to-do list, the plan is to also add some features to the backend as well which to my knowledge doesn't yet exist in the 0.7.9 module.
