USPS shipping label API- Now available

Hi guys,
I have been looking for a USPS shipping label module for opencart. But I didn't find it anywhere on the internet. So i decided to build one. I have implemented the USPS Delivery Confirmation API and it supports all the shipping types which comes under Delivery Confirmation API. So i thought i should share it with the community people.
