Seriously is no one going to answer this, this has become a serious problem. I am experiencing the same issues. There has been no activity on this thread for four months?

The question has been answered several times before. If it's a clean install then the issue is related to your host. You'll need to contact their technical support and tell them you're having problems with sessions.

Ok, I'm going to answer my own question for the sake of having it answered. The problem lies with the php.ini file not being configured properly. Don't know why it would stop working from one second to another but that's what fixed it for me. The line session.save_path = /temp was missing in my config file and was being redirected to a path that doesn't exist.

Again, that's a host issue. session.save_path should automatically be set as part of the php install.

Hexodis,
If you can please give tell me what you did to correct this? I see the php.ini file, but I do not know what to add or change to correct my errors.
