Trying to transfer from local host

Running a WaMP server with OC 1.4.9.3. I will be hosting my site on Arvixe which has a softaculous script for installing latest version opencart. My question is, what is the easiest way for me to transfer from 1.4.9.3 on my localhost, to online? Would it be best to manually install 1.4.9.3 and then try to find scripts to get me up to date or what?

Assuming you've made no changes to the core files, install a fresh copy of 1.4.9.5 on server, upload your images, and export database on WAMP and import it on host.
