[SOLVED]How to enable swedish specialleters? 1.5.0.5

Trying to write a langauge pack for oc 1.5.0.5, with is done right now but is impossible to implement with my specialletters ÅÄÖ. All i get is questionmarks. I have reinstaled both the language, oc and my database. Nothing helps.

Anyone who got some adwise?

Locale: "sv_SE.UTF-8,sv_SE, swedish" doesent work. Neither "sv_SE.UTF-8,sv_SE, UTF-8" as i saw on i brazil language

Database is UTF-8_uni

So do anyone know what possible could be wrong ur is it a bug to report?

Had to do with BOM, now everything works well.

Try encoding them as HTML entities in the language file.
