problem to translate opencart in cyrillic

Hi,

I tried to translate opencart in cyrillic, but I had some troubles. I follow the instructions written here: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... path=14_15 ,

but when I click to view the different browser codes, the link is Not Found.

"Locale
Locale is used to auto detect the language a customers browser is using. You can view the the different browser codes here. They must be comma separated."

So, when I add the new language via admin, I don't know what to fill in * Locale:
