[1.4.9.5] Swedish special letters not working

Just uploaded a demoshop, the opencart_Europa_v1.4.9.1 version.
Updated it to ver 1.4.9.5 and also uploaded the last Swedish translation files.

The swedish letters Å, Ä, Ö (å, ä, ö) did not work before the update nor after the update.

I get
Š>> å
Ä >> ä
Ö >> ö

I tried in different browsers, same thing.

I noticed that it works better using http://www.mysite.se than just mysite.se
Using www gives me a correct frontpage, but as soon as I go to a product its the same problem ...

Your language files must be UTF-8 w/o BOM
