Can any one tell me that would opencart be able to have website like eBay ?

if yes any one give me idea for that

I guess so. they have a lot of functions in common already. Since they deal with ecommerce.

huh? I thought ebay was an auction site???

Oh. my bad. I was under the impression that though Ebay is an auction site, they sell so I categorized them as an ecommerce site.
