Wholesale Tax Excemption

One of my clients asked if this was possible, as wholesalers who order in the same state can have forms filled out where they do not pay sales tax on items they are reselling, or something like that...not sure exactly what the specifics were. (in ohio) But I do know that she wants certain people in her wholesale group to be tax exempt even when ordering in the same state/country. Is this already possible, and if not, can it be added?
