Help tracking sales code from Twenga

Hi,
I want to install a script from Twenga (http://www.twenga.com) to track my sales.
I need to identify 2 variables specific to my site (order amount and ID) and insert them in the script and eventually put the script in the right payment page (after the tag <head>).
var1= Replace by your variable accounting for total pre tax order amount (excluding shipping, without currency)
var2= Replace by your variable accounting for number of order or ID of customer or customer’s mail or ID of basket
About the payment page they say:
Option 1) The page of payment method choice (last basket step, before payment)
Example : the page asking the purchasers to choose its payment method choice (credit card, Paypal…)
Option 2) the page with payment confirmation / thanks, only if it is a mandatory step for any order.
Example : a thanks page following a payment page with a mandatory order confirmation button to click
