Title of Shipping Method

Hi everyone,

Is there a way of changing the title of the shipping method. For example I want to change 'Flat Shipping Rate' to 'Next Day Delivery'.

Does anybody know how to do this and if so please could you put it in simple terms as I am still quite new to all this.
