Nedd a Multi seller in ONE ONLY store

Hi, this is my first topic, so, hope you can understand my ugly english (I'm from Argentina)
Well, I need a component for one Opencart, this is what I need.
I had a store wich need 2 default profiles - seller and customer - with differents options each one of them.
The sellers, can upload products for all categories in the store. ATTENTION: Will be ONLY 1 store!!! Each seller will have a personal administrator, where they can upload their products, and config their data, see their stadistics, reply their custom questions.. etc. (something like e-bay without the auctions!)
For payment, will be mandatory in each registration (only sellers, off course) a paypal adress. So, any product sell, in the checkout process, will pay to the seller address with a percentage for the admin.
The total admin will set that percentage. If one customer want earn a 50% of the sell, in the admin will have that option, or change the percentage, etc.
So, when a product is sell, it will passed 80% for the seller, and 20% for the admin (for example, if the admin set his earnings in 20%) to both paypal address. (admin & seller)
Each seller, will have a list (www.store.com/seller/nickname, or nickname.store.com) with his commercial data, and a list of all their products with their categories, like this: http://eshops.mercadolibre.com.ar/mexxc ... playType_G
In each product, will show the owner link. If is a product from the admin, will have a link for the store.
The admin will have completely control of the sellers and a general stadistic for sellers, how many products have each one of them, how many was selled, etc.
