USPS Module not showing.

My usps module isn't showing when I check out an item. I've put my correct username and zip code and the module is enabled. The item I'm checking out is about 3lbs.

But thanks for the reply, but I'm still having the same problem (after installing the patch).

The USPS shipping option is still not showing up while checking out.

I noticed that the dimension and girth is required now, so i just put 1x1x1 and 1.

Must be my setting?

On the product im selling i just put 3 lbs, anything else I have to change?

Got it.

After changing the value of Size (Regular) & Container (Variable), it finally worked.

Maybe it is better if I just add code that checks.. if package is "Regular" then type is "Variable" to avoid this silly issue that everyone seems to run into:
