dependent option with GMO module

I am trying to find the right solution for my project. Can you clarify several things:

1. I need to group several products: in my case I have one product in 4-6 sizes, so I need to group them with one image and be able to sell all sizes at the same time (see attached: example.jpg).
2. The Grouped Product MUST have required accessory which client choose out of dependent options, It means first they choose Sport type (see example1.jpg) then “dependent medal “ out of pop up image list (see example2.jpg).
When customer choose the medal it appears on front store (see picture example3.jpg)
Important: Sport type is always same for all products BUT medal differs on the GROUPED PRODUCT. So totally I will have 7 types of “OPTIONS SETS”
Dependent option (medal) MUST be as an image.
No stock control needed for options. This option will not have price.
3. Also Every Grouped item Must have required option to upload file with instructions.
