Deadcow SEO help

I've installed Deadcow SEO to generate meta keywords for me, and it seems I may have too many products. When I try to run it for my products it says connecting for quite awhile(2 days). Is there any way to get it to run from my server backend so that it can continuously run in the background without needing to keep my internet browser running the whole time? I have run it for the categories, and it says it's a success, but in the backend it doesn't show any keywords, is that right?

2 days?! Wow, that's not right, that's for sure. How many products is too many???

I've got 20000

perhaps you need to change some php.ini settings to allow for such massive database.

increase these values and see if it helps

memory_limit = 64M;
max_execution_time = 18000;

it shouldnt take 2 days but it could take 5 minutes or so with 20000 products.

It's already at those levels, anything else I can do?
