hello

I have installed the opencart to shop.slabesti.ro but I have a problem, When someone order 1 product, I did not get any mail about this order and also the order is not showing under the Orders in Administration tab in the admin section.

I use Hostgator as a hosting provider.

Can you help me please?

I think I have found the problem fixing :) There was not created the default mails for orders, updating, lost password. I created and got the email. This is from the user point of view (I register as an user also).

But as an Admin I did not get any mail. and still the orders are not shown in the admin section.
Can anyone help me?

the send mail sends the mail out in HTML the other mails are simple text mails.

Does your mail client allow HTML emails?
