Prices incl. Tax (Backend)

Would it be possible to let the admin enter all the prices in the backend incl. tax? perhaps a switch in the admin settings menu (enter prices incl tax - yes or no)

as far as i know this is not planed in the near future for the main core - but maybe it is a way to write it as an addon or modification ?!
