Zone + Shipping problem

Hi,

I have just received an order from a customer in the USA who would like the product to be shipped to Ireland.

The shipping charges that have been applied are for the USA, as the product is being shipped to Ireland surely the shipping cost should be for Ireland.

Has anybody experienced this before, or have a fix for it.

My version of OpenCart is 1.4.9.3

Sounds like the geozones are not setup correctly. Take a look here :

\and be sure your geozones are separated, US addresses use the US geozone and ireland addresses use an ireland geozone

Thanks for your response Q, I have read the above mentioned topic and think that I have complied with it.

The setup I have used is as followes. I have set up a geozone called worldzone with all countries less Europe and the UK, The usa is in the world zone. I have set up a further geozone called Europe with all european countries less the UK. Ireland is in this zone.

My customer who lives in the USA has placed an order to be delivered to Ireland. When he places the order the only shipping option open to him is world zone.

I have further tested this shipping problem by placing a test order from the UK to be delivered to Germany the shipping option is for the UK, it should be Germany. This only happens when you nominate a different shipping address from the payment address.

I hope this is sufficient information.
