Mintegra

I am having issues with the FEDEX (Mintegra) extension, when items are added to the cart and a quote is generated Fedex shows a price three to four times higher than when you manually do a quote. After talking with Fedex tech support and doing some troubleshooting, the problem is the quote is being generated on the number of items and weight. It does not take into account that these items would ship in one box.

I thought I might be able to remove the items dimensions, but the outcome was the same as sees each individual item and not one package.

Any help you can provide would be very helpful.

We too are having the same issue as above. Fedex calculates each item individually not as one box shipping. Has anyone found a fix for it?

I'm having the same problem. I have contacted the extension's developer for a quote on customization for this issue. Where any of you guys able to resolve the problem in a different way?
