Problem with create an order

Hello!

When you create an Order an "finish" it, now some error-messages will appear:

Notice: Undefined index: product_id in /var/www/vhosts/caina.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/catalog/model/checkout/order.php on line 139

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/caina.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/catalog/model/checkout/order.php:139) in /var/www/vhosts/caina.de/subdomains/shop/httpdocs/system/library/response.php on line 65

Maybe it has to do with the changes i've made for the problem to add a product to the cart ?!
