Issues after moving from local to server

Hi guys help is needed!
I moved from MAMP to 1and1 hosted server, the store is working no error messages but....

1) add to cart doesn't work, the AJAX is working but the cart remains empty.

2) can't register new accounts.

3) cant add review (which i assume to have something to do with accounts).

4) doesnt send email when new user is created.

that's what I have found so far(I hope that there aren't anymore .

please anything ive been working on that the whole day I see that /index.php?route=account/create is not found 404 but why? reloaded all the files but still the same issues. please any suggestion

is there anyway to see error logs besides in the admin couse there it is empty.

Hmm,

Tested with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome none of them work.

I notice you have a nice template have you altered any of the core code?

Also check your paths are correct in you config file,
