Download documents

Hi,

I have tried to add a document for download and I have connected to a product.
The file is loaded correctly and is checked in the list of "product-downloads".
But when I load the product in front end there aren't file to download in the product sheet.

Where I must aspect to see it ?
Is right that I must see in the product card ?

Check you have set the download status in settings to the one your order is set to.

Yes, I have checked it ( you refer to "Allow Download" ? )

I have also tried to set "no" and re-set to "yes". But is always the same.

Where I must aspect to view the download file ?

No refer to download status.

Download Order Status:

Your order must reach a ce3rtain level before downloads will be available.

OK !

I thought that the download option was also for add to a products the possibility to download a data sheet or some reference documents ( pdf or doc ).

Now I have understand !
