WinMerge says "Text files are different" when they are not?

Hi,

I'am trying to use WinMerge to compare the OpenCart files. But it says "Text files are different" even when they are not. Is there any settings i need to do to ignore something?

If there is one (1) space or character different Winmerge will say this....
