mod request (paid)

I hope am posting in the right place for finding someone to do a mod. This would be for the most current version.

The need is for a mod that would allow a customer to schedule a pickup and delivery of finished work. Customer would choose pickup in morning, afternoon or evening. Return delivery would be the same, but 2 days later.

There also should be an option for

1) rush (pickup by 9am, return next morning) for added cost

2) premium rush (pickup by 9am, return same day after 6pm) even higher cost added

Also, the order should include optional pickup and/or drop off point. Finally, the customer should be able to login and track his order. For that reason, order status will be updated manually in the control panel.

I would like to get a PM from interested qualified programmer. All sincere responses will be acknowledged and informed when the project is placed. I will not just stop responding without that courtesy. This project is happening very quickly.
