SEO enabled on a ZEUS server

From what I have been told about enabling SEO's the coding that is standard for opencart is for an apache server.

My hosting company uses Zeus servers, and the script is not compatible to enable the SEO URL's

Can someone who knows how to do this please get in touch and quote me a price.
