Required custom work

Hello,

Please can someone advise if they can develop the following for me:

I would like to be able to setup a shop for someone and state a percentage of all transactions (regardless of how paid) to be sent to a different person

example:

- shop sells item for £10.00 via paypal to shop owner.

- once completed a separate transaction is created to pay X% (x being able to be changeable by 'super admin' only) to a separate paypal account.

- shop owner gets £9.00, other person will get £1.00

- A report showing each transaction and what was paid to the separate paypal account, that only the 'super admin' will be able to see and have the ability to export that report via excel (or something along those lines)


something along those lines, maybe even before the payment hits the shop owner account, the desired % will split to the 2 accounts? im not a coder so i am unsure of the complexity of this but i do need this solution for 1.4.9.4 and if and when 1.5 comes out.
