Header only on homepage

Hello,

I'm in need of a programmer that can modify this template http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=125&t=23751

We need it to do the following.

Header module only to show on home page. This includes the headerslider(not sliding currently) and the vertical scroller on the right side.

1. Feature in admin section that allows us to designate the exact pages we want the header to show on.
2. This modification should be upgradable - Does not get overwritten with open cart updates.

Please give price and timeline.

Note: This change shouldn't be difficult and I would do it myself but I am swamped with other projects right now.
