Hi,

I am just wondering if its only me or many people have noticed that opencart website has become really slow. It takes a long time to load even when it has no images on the page.

Wondering if there was a change done...

Regards,
Vimal.

I only see this in the morning.. figured maybe that was when maintenance from the server host was being done.. but normally it is quite fast for me. I think daniel might move servers again at some point

Hi Q,

Its not just yesterday. I have been on the forum for some time now and it used to be super fast. Of late (5 to 6 months back) I guess here in Sweden its a little slow.

Regards,
Vimal.

Well, everything is relative. Server is in Houston, TX, USA. I am in Europe and often wish, that the server was in Europe. I am NOT an expert in webhosting, but anyone knows, how much it would cost (money) and effort to mirror the site in Europe?

Maybe that would be my donation in the near future ;-)

couldnt possibly guess how much it would cost to mirror without knowing how much traffic is passed thru the site each month to be honest.
