Hiding "Add to Cart" when items are out of stock - all areas

I'm looking for someone to modify my theme for me.

What I need to do is if a certain stock status is added to a product then "Add to Cart" must become "Not Available" or hide the button. This is for product pages, categories etc.

Can anyone help?
