Paid work: Upgrading Opencart to latest version

Hi all,
I am looking for someone familiar with upgrading from 1.4 to 1.4.9xxx transparently. I have about 300 products and 300 customers so it's critical that those are all integrated seemlessly.
I also would like to have some modules installed and some UI work done.
