Need some help setting up Shipping system

Heres what I'm trying to do:

<= 4 items = 1.00 shipping
5-40 items = 2.50 shipping
41-60 items = 4.00 shipping
61+ = 10.00 shipping

(all in USD)

I am selling trading cards so the items are all the same size and mailable in small quantities. I want to be only available in the US. I got the Quantity Based Shipping extension but it only seems to support UK. Help is much appreciated.

I have seen few shipping mods close but may not be exactly what you are after look around you might find something that fits your requirements.

Do you mean this Quantity Based Shipping extension? I haven't used it, but it looks like it just pulls from your Geo Zones, so if you set a USA Geo Zone then it should work for you.
