Just been asked to add a Handling Fee to the Royal Mail Shipping Module. This is a standard fixed cost fee that is added to the calculated shipping fee.
Since this is even within my capability, I have completed it and added it to Free Extensions.

Sincere apologies, a bug has been reported in this module:
If using with Product weights, Royal Mail Services should be disqualified where appropriate - for example, you can only send items upto 1kg by second class mail.
Services are displayed if (cost >£0.00) but should actually only be displayed if (cost>handling fee).
This has been fixed; please download again.

This module has been updated to reflect new Royal Mail tariffs (from 5-Apr-2011)
