Hi,
Is it possible to not send the customers to the shopping cart if they click on the "add to Cart" button? I just want the product to be added to the shopping cart, but at the same time let the customer continue shopping wihtout going straight to the shopping cart.
Thanks in advance!

Im guessing you mean when people click the add to cart button that are on the category pages, because the product pages already do this.
If its for category pages, i to would like to know, but im guessing no one will say because theres a commecial extension for this already.
If you do actually mean the product page, then check the cart module extension is set to enable ajax.

Then anyone who pays for it is being ripped off, as the code is already freely available on the forum here. It's been there for over a year!SXGuy wrote:... but im guessing no one will say because theres a commecial extension for this already.

@Fido, many thanks. Ajax is enabled. But that only help on product level. Do you have any advice how to get the Ajax functionality work on the little "plus" sign next to the pricetag on category level (or on frontpage).
Or, is it possible to add the "real" add to cart button also on category lvel or front page next to the price? That would be much better than the little almost invisible "plus" sign.

Doesn't matter whether Ajax is enabled or not, or what page you're on, just follow the instructions from this point onwards (the changes to "catalog/controller/checkout/cart.php"). The "redirect" will keep you on the page you're on.Zerberos wrote:... Ajax is enabled. But that only help on product level. I've got a vQmod for this somewhere.
