[vQmod]Admin menu according to user permissions

Based on the header.tpl in
http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?p=97682#p97682 I created a vQmod, so I don't have to change my original header.tpl.

It is a vQmod file. You need to have vQmod installed, then this file is used to create the changes described in it "on the fly". So you can test this modification without changing any core files.

i just tried the recent xml and it is not working. v1.5.1.3
the menu items are still there for the user who is restricted. when clicked, it gives the permission denied page.

There's an error at the last tag, in the file:
instead of:
Just change it and it should work.
I put the corrected file as attachment.

Hi,
is the xml file also compatible with the last version of opencart 1.5.6? If not can anyone modify it so that it will be?
Im looking for weeks and found nothing... I will preciate alot... thx all.

Since it's a vQmod script you can always give it a shot. If it doesn't work all you have to do is remove the vQmod.
I also have
Admin Dashboard and Menu Control which is a commercial mod that does the same thing.
