import from older install to a new install

I have exported the csv from dunertunes.com and am trying to import it to boatertunes.com
All images are uploaded, many of the products are there but some are not showing.
The original site is an older install and the newer is the latest version so the csv's generated from the export mod
are just a little different.
So I need the csv export from dunertunes converted to a csv that I can import into a fresh install of the latest
version of OC.
