HELP!!!! INSTALLING THIS THING

I NEED HELP TO INSTALL THIS THING I TRIED EVERYTHING AND I CAN`T IF SOMEBODY CAN MAKE A VIDEO INSTALLING FROM THE DOWNLOAD TO THE PROGRAM TILL THE SEEING THE FIRST PAGE WOULD BE GOOD  PLEASE tHANK YOU!!

THIS IS THE LAST THING...I INSTALLED AAAAGAIN ALL AND I FIINISH  ALL SEEMS GOOD... I GO TO LOCALHOST AND SHOW THE "IT WORKS" MESSAGE_....... BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO THEN.... MAY BE IS EASY BUT MY LAPTOP IT'S NOT IN A EASY LEANGUAGE IS IN GERMAN::::SORRY:::::.::.. AND I DON´T UNDERSTAND IF SOME BODY CAN HELP ME????????? tHANKS
