Need Global Mega Options Installation Help.

Purchased Global Mega Options from http://www.alreadymade.com/shop/ and now need help installing it.

Someone please help! Not getting a response from the owner and I'm getting concerned since my shop goes live in 1 week!

Basically I need help getting info from clients when they place an order for one of my products.
It's a stationery business so I need to collect the information the client would like shown on the card they select.

PS. I am also interested if you know how to install your own coding that will have the same effect of collecting product info. I just purchased the Global Mega Options since it was recommended on these boards.
