Multistore: 1 language fixt per store

I'm setting up a multi-store with 2 stores.

There will be 2 separate domains, a .nl and a .com.

I only want the .nl to show Dutch even when someone with a English browser visits me and I want the .com to only show English even when someone with a Dutch browser visit it.
How would I go about on setting this up?

I think I need to fix the language somewhere in the header.tpl, I've used the search but could not find anything related.

I think it's something to change in catalog-->controller-->common-->header.php
There are a lot of lines about language loading, cookies, browser, etc.

Same for me :(

I have selected EN for one store and FR for the second one but both language are showing in both stores and I have to enter all product in both languages for both store!
