Guest Checkout Issue - cannot get past Step 1

Hi Guys,

I seem to be having issues with Guest checkout, upon adding items to cart, selecting guest checkout and filling in the form with all starred options, I press continue and the same page simply reloads with the form filled in.

There does not seem to be any error messages or notes to say it has been filled in incorrectly. I tried filling in incorrectly also and got the correct error to say it hadn't been filled in properly so that is ruled out.

It has been enabled in Admin - am I missing something?


Version 1.4.9.3 - Upgrade
I have Paypal standard as the only payment option - tried including pay on collection but same issue occured.
I have a template - pinkfashionflash installed.
Delivery is set to flat rate only

Any help would be much appreciated.

PS: I did search for this, but I couldnt find anyone having a similar issue.

If you set it back to default template does it show an error? perhaps you dont have postcode filled in?

Do you have a change on the page,or language files ?

Hi you are right, the postcode was not filled in!
It works when I fill in the postcode, but its strange the postcode does not have the '*' next to it.

So it is mandatory, but just does not have the * next to it.
Do you think the post manadatory tutorial should help?
