This simple modification inserts Javascript to the Admin Product Edition Page. It automatically converts (while typing) Name and Model into SEO Keyword and puts it into SEO Keyword text field.

yep... Name and Model are automaticly 'cleaned and copied' into the seo field... very easy

Having not many products in the database, the quickest way to create SEO keywords with this mod would be to open product edition pages in separate tabs. Then you just need to place cursor in the product name field and press left arrow on keyboard. Pressing a key causes script to create new SEO keyword based on name and model fields.
But if you have lots of products already populated, that wouldn't be efficient enough to do it that way.
Then you would like to look for another php based SEO keyword mod.
Another (a bit complex) way would be to use JNeuhoff's Import Export Tool. Export your products to xls file, copy name and model columns to separate xls file and then create SEO for each product using formulas in spreadsheet (LOWER(), SUBSTITUTE() ).

IT's normal the auto SEO Keyword generator change a few lettre in the seo key word ?
Like : product name is: Diamond net thigh high
Model name is : BC411-412
And auto Seo keyword give me: oiamond-net-thigh-high-szsee-sel

I tested it on OC1.4.9.4 all work fine but this bizarre result.

Thanks eric1998 for the report, You're right, it wasn't normal. So I made an update for this vQmod with little bit different regexp method. Adding new letters is (I suppose) more user friendly now. Feel free to try.

Looks like another great idea. I still have to fix my 404 error when the SEO is enabled. I have renamed the htaccess, as per the usual issues etc.

You are missing two more czech letters in your code "ů" and "ě" wich will not replace seo keywords...
What about dupliacate products and categories?
If I will have two products with the same name and same model number in the same category, it will create: .../productname-model/
but only one product will show, because of duplicate url
Another problem is, when I have one product in main category and subcategory, it will create two urls for one product
