[vQMod] - Add Ship Method to Order List

This free vQMod will add the Shipping Method to the Admin Order listing. This may be useful for any shop that might require faster processing of orders for Overnight or Express shipments.

Tested with 1.4.9.3...As always please let me know of any issues. Not trying to release any junk...

It doesn't work for me I'm afriad. It gives me 4 "Shipping Method" columns and all are blank and cannot be filtered.

I'm using 1.4.9.3 as well.

This mod works wonderfully for shipping mod except free shipping mod.
Any idea?
