Download file names incorrect, is the space a problem?

I have the file 01-03-1999 Good News.mp3 on a product that I purchased and when it downloads it's only called 01-03-1999 with no file extension. Does OpenCart not support spaces in file names?

Well generally speaking the internet and spaces are like oil and water.
Tip for life... when you suspect a problem and have a formidable solution... try it. If you remove the spaces does it work?
