[vQmod] Make Default Address Bold

Currently there's no way for customers to tell which is their default address when viewing their address book. To solve this, I posted this modification a while back. I've converted it to a vQmod which makes the customer's default address bold and adds "(default in bold)" after the heading "Address Book Entries". If you use languages other than English you'll need to add them in the vQmod file as well.
