Curious!! Since there has had some threads regarding an email forwarding, is it possibly on next-to-do project? For me, that will be incredibly working convenient. I have webmail set up and has it linked to my store. It bases as not easily altering as MS outlook (my personal gmail) does on checking coming emails and sending notifcation automatically. If there is an email forwarding option in admin penal, I am able to acknowledge any order confirmation and inquiry emails being forwarded to "outlook", and then I can login webmail to response.

Does it make sense?? Does anyone need it as I do?

You want to forward your email? just forward it from your email account. Or use a gmail address for the store account
