Hello,
In an attempt to modify my template, I deleted it. I am getting this message:
Error: Template /home/musicsav/public_html/catalog/template/default/module/categories.tpl not found!
How do I get a the default template back? I am replaced the file in my ftp.
I also want to find a way to use a specific template not found in the open cart forums. How do I get the open cart features in my free template?

Just upload the "catalog/template/default" folder from the zip file and it will restore any missing files.Tony wrote: How do I get a the default template back?
If you want to create your own template, you really need to be familiar with CSS and html. You also need to understand how to work around the php stuff. The best place to start is to copy and rename the default folder to something else and select that template from the admin area. Then pick a page like "product" and start working with it, making small changes like background images, color schemes, and layout shifts.Tony wrote: I also want to find a way to use a specific template not found in the open cart forums. The thing is that I did that. I re-loaded the file back into the catalog section of the ftp server. My website is still rporting that I need to re-load the file. It has also been several hours since I re-load the file. I felt as if there may have been a lag time until my website caught up with the server. This never happened however.

I found a quick fix, but here is my site now:

The template appears to be completely lost and I cannot log into my opencart account anymore.

For some reason, I lost my ability to log into my opencart account. My user name and password does not function as it should. I have attempted to use it several times to ensure that the user name and passwords are correct. Is this a product of all of this as well?
