How do you add payment method

I downloaded the PayPal Improved and Check/Money Order addons but I don't know how to install them.

Good, because you dont want to, at least not for the paypal one.

First get the [url=http://category&category_id=1]latest 0.7.9 build[/url]
Then download the New Paypal contrib

Installation is the same for all files anywhere in the world. You upload the contents of the zip file, matching the folder structure on your site

Okay I uploaded and replaced the files and now I go to Extensions > Payment and don't see it. What on earth is wrong here?
