[VQmod] Add pagination on top admin product list.

Pretty much what the title says adds the pagination to the top of the page too on the product list page in admin.
It looks a bit strange because of the css padding (can't change css with vqmod), but it works.
this is just a vqmod xml file you have to already have vqmod installed.
