PSD to theme - easy job

Hi I need a psd converted to an opencart 1.4.93 theme.
It is a basic theme with a slider on the home page, should be easy for a decent slicer/CSS coder.
I would like it done fairly quickly (within 1 week) because the client is bugging me for it and I have other jobs on ATM.
